Usage for Eyelashes: Apply once daily, preferably in the evening after cleansing, using the brush on the upper and lower lash lines and let it absorb briefly. If applying in the morning, do so before makeup. Usage for Eyebrows: Apply once daily, preferably in the evening after cleansing, using the brush on the sparse areas where growth is to be stimulated.
