Micro Needling

How does microneedling work?
The effect of microneedling is based on the small injuries caused by the tiny needles. These micro-injuries stimulate certain receptors in the skin that stimulate an increased release of growth factors. The growth factors, in turn, stimulate the skin’s natural cleansing processes, stimulate the formation of new hyaluronic acid and collagen and promote blood circulation in the treated tissue. These processes also strengthen connective tissue and significantly improve skin elasticity. Since skin care products (e.g. Bara en Cosmeceuticals) are more easily absorbed by the skin after micro-needling and develop their effect better, the desired effect can be maximized with a combined treatment. The treatment leads to a visible improvement in the face. The result is fresh, radiant skin and firm, well-groomed skin.

Pigmentation of the face, neck and décolleté, pores, stretch marks

For treatment:
Before the treatment, every patient is informed in a 15-minute consultation about all treatment options as well as possible risks and side effects. The “actual state” has previously been documented with photos and treatment options for the patient individually.

For wounds and/or severe skin irritations in the treatment area (e.g. sunburn, after laser treatment).

Immediately after aesthetic or other surgical interventions in the treatment area.

When taking blood-thinning medications such as Marcumar or Plavix, as they increase the risk of postoperative bleeding.

In the case of coagulation disorders, which also increase the risk of secondary bleeding, if there is a tendency to form keloids (bulging scars).

After treatment:
In the case of very sensitive and/or irritated skin, redness and/or swelling may occur immediately after the treatment, which can be covered with camouflage or powder. Hematomas (bruising) are rare. Deep and/or extensive treatments can also cause skin sores and/or crusting that heal within a few days. Skin-irritating creams and/or serums (e.g. acne ointments, creams or treatments with fruit acids, anti-aging preparations, etc.) should be avoided in the first few days after the treatment until the side effects (redness, swelling, crusting) have disappeared . Because proper aftercare in the form of proper skin care for skin cancer treatment
is essential, it is important that

Results of Micro Needling
The results of microneedling are visible immediately after the first treatment. With each additional session and progressive cleaning, the skin color improves visibly to a vital, dense and well-groomed skin. After successful treatment, annoying bumps such as wrinkles, pigment spots and scars have disappeared or at least been significantly reduced. The improved blood circulation guarantees radiant, youthfully fresh skin.
